You will receive this type of initial report and invoice from us the SAME DAY as the free evaluation.  After carefully reviewing all of our findings along with pictures and detailed notes from your home we will prepare a site-specific invoice and customize it to fit your needs and budget. The report includes detailed pictures, descriptions, how we plan on performing the mold remediation and or abatement project, as well as the chemicals we will use to rid your home of that pesky nuisances we call mold. The final page will have a break down of all costs involved in your particular remediation project.

Once the job is complete you will receive a certified letter of completion as well as a list of recommendations from us to keep your hard earned investment mold free!
